There are many ways in which I can describe this sensational lady, Alana Dillette (pictured above and to the right). Number one being that she is one of my dearest friends. Number two, she is a fantastic contributor for shetrusts. Number three, she is an up-and-coming scholar in Hotel and Restaurant Management, and is finishing up her Ph.D. this year from Auburn University. Number four, she is an Olympic swimmer-turned yoga guru, having just completed a 200-hour yoga training course with Peach Dumar's Yogafly Studio. Number five, she is the author of a blog titled The World According to Alana, which features short essays on, well, the world according to Alana.
